Shiidd provides a sports venue booking platform for Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
1. Data We Collect
You Provide
- Full name — displayed on your profile
- Phone number — for verification and booking coordination
- Email address — for sign-in and notifications
- Gender, date of birth — for matchmaking (optional)
- City — to show nearby venues
- Profile picture — optional
Venue Owners Only
- Headquarters address, Commercial Registration, National Address, bank account details
Automatically Collected
- Booking and payment history (5-year retention per Saudi law)
- Push notification tokens (FCM)
- Anonymized usage analytics

- PayTabs — for secure payment processing
- Supabase — infrastructure provider
- Firebase / Google — push notification delivery

- Legal authorities — upon valid Saudi legal request
4. Your Rights
- Request a copy of your data at shidapp2@gmail.com
- Correct your data via in-app settings
- Delete your account from Settings → Delete Account
- Withdraw marketing consent at any time
5. Account Deletion
✓ Immediately deleted: name, phone, profile picture, push tokens, banking info.
✗ Retained (legal compliance): booking/payment records (anonymized), reviews, support correspondence.
The process is irreversible.

7. Children
Shiidd is not intended for users under 18.

Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
