Terms of Service — Shiidd

1. Acceptance

By using Shiidd, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Your Account

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your password confidential
• You are responsible for all activity from your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

3. Bookings and Payments

• Payments are processed securely via PayTabs
• A booking is confirmed only after payment completes
• Cancellation: refund allowed up to 5 hours before match start; not after
• Venue owners must provide the service as advertised

4. Acceptable Conduct

Strictly prohibited:

• Fraud or identity impersonation
• Creating fake accounts
• Bypassing the payment system
• Posting offensive or discriminatory content
• Using the app for illegal purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All in-app content (code, design, text, images) is the exclusive property of Shiidd.

6. Disclaimer

We strive for continuous service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of information from venue owners
• Real-time notification delivery

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid via the app in the last 12 months, excluding damages from bad faith or gross negligence.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms. Material amendments will be announced 30 days in advance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Saudi Arabian law. Disputes are referred to Saudi courts.
